Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Manager, Projects and Administration, to join our team.
  • This role will support the Senior Manager in overseeing various projects and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  • Support in developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in fundraising and donor management activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or administrative roles, preferably within an NGO or ministry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of our Christian ministry.

Salary
N150,000 to N200,000 / month.
