Remuneration

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the achievement of the growth and expansion plans of the firm. He/She will be required to work closely with the MD/CEO, providing support and competent advice as may be required to enhance and ensure the achievement of operational and strategic targets of the firm


Key Requirements

1. At least twelve (12) years of active experience in the Real Estate sector

2. Demonstrated experience in a senior management role.

3. Knowledge and exposure to multiple aspects of the Real Estate business and industry

4. Strong leadership skills, proven strategic planning capabilities, and insight into market trends.

5. Proven track record of successful projects and business growth.

6. Ability to leverage connections for business development and strategic partnerships.

7. Possesses relevant first and advanced degrees from credible institutions.

8. Professional certifications - PMP, ANIQS, ANIVS, etc. is required
