Job Title: Head - Enterprise Risk Management

Job Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Enterprise Risk Management at PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited.
  • The role involves overseeing and managing the enterprise risk management function, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various sectors, and working closely with leadership to develop risk management strategies.
  • The role is primarily located in Lagos.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Account , Economics or related fields
  • Enterprise Risk Management and Financial Risk Management skills
  • Analytical Skills and Market Risk knowledge
  • Experience in Finance
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant certification such as FRM or CFA is a plus
