British American Tobacco is seeking an energetic and hardworking Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Research and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to the development of online customer support strategies and processes. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer support role preferably in an online environment. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong research and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Energetic and hardworking attitude. 6.
