Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at British American Tobacco in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with our customers remotely, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers to help them maximize the value of our products.
3. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Collaborate with other team members to implement strategies for customer retention and upselling.
5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for product enhancements.
6. Track key performance metrics to measure the success of customer success initiatives.
7. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related role.
3. Strong people management and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
