Job Description

We are in need of a Radio Engineer for immediate employment.

setting up and monitoring audiovisual links between units in different locations

installing and testing new facilities and equipment

setting up and operating editing facilities in post-production suites

analyzing and repairing technical faults on equipment and systems

minimizing loss of service when equipment fails by quickly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision

setting up and operating equipment and transmission links during outside broadcasts

designing and installing custom audiovisual circuits

Job Requirement

Certifications and Training are an added advantage

Having broadcast or IT experience

Obtaining some technical education

Becoming proficient in Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems

Possessing computer network or network security knowledge and training

Exhibiting experience in maintaining and operating transmission equipment

Having knowledge of audio and video software and applications

Demonstrating an ability to interface with clients and other departments
