Job Summary

Assist in the monitoring of organization’s operational activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities

Internal Control Activities

Assist in the verification of cashier’s records of sales and petty cash.

Assist in the verification of payment instruments prior to disbursement.

Review staff records on the utilization of Medical Allowances as required.

Review Motor Vehicle Maintenance Records

Assist in the verification of DSSR

Assist in the verification of WSR for Satellite and Mobile workshops.

Verify postings of invoices and payments made for motor vehicles sold

Assist in the periodic stocktaking of motor vehicles.
