Job purpose and key deliverables	Purpose Statement - Operate & Maintain production module according to start/operating/shutdown procedures as per production plan - Complay with quality standards and specification during operation & maintenance Key Accountabilities i. Operations/ Professional/ Business To operate the machines according to start / operating / shutdown procedures To ensure maintenance completed according to production plan To comply with quality standards and production specifications To ensure housekeeping standards are first class ii. Management To take the necessary action for production control To follow good practice of environmental, health, safety and risk assessment To comply with company regulations iii. Leadership Develop maintenance skill for reducing maintenance down time Teach and lead  current technical improvement  if you meet new employee  . iv. Relationship To communicate with his manager and other Tech Ops for better operation control Cooperate with other tech ops for improvement of  teamwork . v. Innovation Continuously work to improve productivity & quality Find the new technical method to satisfy your customer .
Essential requirements	Have a good PC Skill with MS Office . Can understand English Language Understand Mechanical or Electrical theory
