George Houston Resources is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager for our client, a leading ICT company located in Lagos and Abuja.

      Job Responsibilities

- Develop regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.

- Sell company solutions and services, maximizing face time with clients.

- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales revenue and profit targets.

- Identify and secure new accounts while expanding opportunities within existing ones.

- Increase company market share in the assigned sector.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.

- Recommend and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.

- Generate and advance leads efficiently through the sales process.

- Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Presales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

- Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor.

- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Address potential issues promptly and recommend solutions.

- Contribute to decisions on company expansion or acquisitions.

- Suggest new products/services and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate sales prices and discounts, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.


Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

- A master’s degree and relevant IT certifications are advantageous.

- 7-10 years of experience in technology sales within the IT Solutions and Services sector.

- At least 5 years of proven success in selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions in Nigeria.

- Age: 35 years and above.
