Job Title: Pension Funds Compliance and Operation Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • A leading logistics company based in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Funds Compliance and Operations Specialist.
  • This role is crucial to ensuring our pension fund operations align with regulatory standards and are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant pension fund regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pension fund, including contributions, remittances, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all pension fund activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide expert advice on pension fund-related matters to the company’s management team.
  • Monitor changes in pension regulations and update company policies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension fund administration or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian pension regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
