British American Tobacco recruiting Call Centre Officer- Work From Home

 British American Tobacco is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
