Job Title: Fleet Officer Maintenance
Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced Fleet Officer who will take responsiblity of maintaining, documenting and tracking our Vehicles.
- You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- You will have strong designing experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills.
- You will be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Document Assessment records for all vehicles brought into the MAX workshops for maintenance
- Ensure that all Vehicles scheduled for maintenance are checked into the premises and on VAMS
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Work with the vehicle maintenance manager to improve on checklists and maintenance routines
- Co-ordinate with Authorized Service Workshops in your jurisdiction to ensure that service records are entered into VAMS
- Ensure periodical visits to Authorized Service Workshops to confirm that maintenance is carried out according to MAX standards and Checklists.
- Supervise the technicians and ensure they carry out their job functions satisfactorily
- Create and fill out job cards for any vehicle that is brought for preventive maintenance to any location
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline.
- Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- 2 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in fleet management
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good understanding of fleet management.
- Critical and Analytical thinking.
- Accuracy and Attention to detail.
- Confidentiality and Thoroughness.
