CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF SUPPORT PERSONNEL IN
THE MANAGEMENT UNIT OF THE ENABLE – YOUTH, CAMEROON COMPONENT OF
PD_CVA
The African Development Bank (AfDB) Bank has given a Non- Concessional loan (AfDB loan)
to the Republic of Cameroon for the implementation of the Project for the Development of
Agricultural Value Chains (PD – CVA).
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is the Contracting Authority of this
project which includes a youth Entrepreneurship component called ENABLE - Youth to be
implemented by the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA).
In view of this, the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture calls for applications to the
following support positions opened in the Management Unit of the ENABLE - Youth Project
based at IITA Cameroon Station in Nkolbisson, Yaoundé
The detailed terms of reference of these positions are available and could be consulted
and/or collected at IITA Cameroon Station in Nkolbisson, Yaoundé; or downloaded from
the IITA website (http://www.iita.org/about/jobs/)
1. Application folder: For each position, the application folder shall include the following
documents:
 a letter of application including the full names of the candidate, his or her full address,
phone number and email address;
 a detailed curriculum vitae;
 a letter of motivation (maximum two pages);
 a copy of the national identity card;
 a list of three referees including their contacts
Applications shall be addressed, latest by June 22nd, 2018 at 16:00
2. Selection Modality: The selection will be done in 2 steps: i) shortlist through file
analysis and ii) oral interview and/or practical tests if necessary.
