Summary:
We are currently seeking to recruit an Integrity Engineer with suitable experience, certification and qualifications to work on a range of scopes across various clients’ contracts.
The main requirements of the role include but not limited to:
  • Focal point for asset integrity delivery.
  • Ensure ongoing integrity of all static mechanical, pressure systems and structural components in line with client’s integrity management systems and industry standards.
  • Planning and scheduling of integrity workscopes
  • Preparation of workpacks/method statements
  • Inspection findings reviews and definition of extent repair/boundaries definition, etc.
  • Interfacing with other discipline engineers, e.g. corrosion engineer for Risk Based Programs, etc. and managing support contractors e.g. integrity management delivery/inspection and fabric maintenance contractors.
  • Responsible for WSE (Written Scheme of Examination), RBI (Risk Based Inspection) and inspection reports, as well as managing any identified anomalies.
  • Ensure that integrity risks are identified and appropriate mitigation is in place and that systems and equipment are compliant with relevant legislation, codes, and standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all static mechanical, pressure systems and structural component integrity workscopes.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of functional integrity management systems and databases. Support integrity data management and analysis.
  • Plan the annual integrity lookahead and ensure progress through the planning gate criteria.
  • Ensure workscopes are in the work management system, with appropriate routines and frequency.
  • Ensure all work activities are completed on schedule, to agreed budget and to an acceptable standard. Any variance to be clearly understood and justified.
  • Assists with development and update of performance standards and ensure compliance.
  • Support the execution engineers, manage anomalies, review risk and recommend mitigation/remedial works.
  • Ensure relevant equipment has an up to date Risk Assessment (RBI)/ Corrosion Risk Assessments and valid Written Scheme of Examination. Also ensure monitor plans are in place and are followed.
  • Support Independent Verification Body (IVB)/Independent Competent Person (ICP) and regulatory body management and verification activities.
  • Manage work package expenditure and commitments with 3rd parties
  • Develop cost estimates for work packages for approval, obtaining third party input where necessary
  • Provide cost tracking and schedule visibility through the lifecycle of all integrity scopes the role is responsible for and for financial processes including budget planning, value of work done and forecasting
  • Ensure that Management of Change is appropriately applied
  • Support subsea integrity activity and the integrity execution/intervention engineers as required

Skills and qualifications- Essential
  • Bachelor of Science/Engineering (BSc/BEng) Mechanical Engineering or related degree or demonstrable equivalence through experience and training
  • Minimum of 5 years Experience
  • Experience in pressure systems design, operations, and integrity management.
  • Experience in structural anomalies management – desirable.
  • Experience in corrosion engineering methods and management
  • Experience in Non-Destructive Testing methods, preferably with supplemental training or practical experience
  • Experience of leading and participating in Risk-Based Inspection Assessments
  • Thorough knowledge of asset integrity management and methods.
  • High standards of ethical and professional behaviour
  • Contractual awareness, ability to read, understand and execute standard contracts

Additional Skills/Requirements
Self-Starter - Ability to work effectively unsupervised, maintaining good work prioritization and time management across multiple tasks.
Ability to face clients – self-assured and personable.
