Finance and Admin Officer Job Description Timely and accurate maintenance of prime Accounting Records Payroll Management Liaise with The Auditors and The Tax Offices. Ensure timely remittance of taxes as well as collection of all receipts and certificates. 

Collection of withholding tax from clients on a per Project basis Control daily financial activities Project Cost Analysis Timely balance sheet reconciliation Monthly Cash flow statement Preparation of Annual Management Report Responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of the office systems/equipment and premises.
