We operate in the business divisions of Packaging Technology, Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control. Your responsibilities Coordinate IT-Related issues in Bosch offices in West Africa Internal customer relationship management Consulting end users, business leaders around IT product portfolio Plan and follow-up the IT-budget Plan, purchase (in coordination with central purchasing), install and maintain hard- and - software Train employees in hard - and software usage Manage user authorizations Act as regional responsible in IT rollout projects Hands on for central IT teams in the area of network/sever /data center management Liaise with the business and gather requirements regarding IoT and commercial IT activities Your competencies and qualifications: BSc/Master in information technology, MBA management. 

Fluent in English (French will be an advantage), additional languages are a plus Deep understanding of IT processes, very good hardware and software knowledge, high customer orientation, high degree of flexibility, ability to switch between many different topics, knowledge in programming and networking helpful Entrepreneurial mindset an added advantage Excellent communication skills Team work oriented, motivated to achieve ambitious goals Availability to travel within West Africa and neighboring countries Comprehension of company values. Confident and should be able to represent the company At least 5 years' experience in the field of IT (IT support, project management)
