Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory, budgets, and financial performance.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and ensure quality food service.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.

- Passion for hospitality and customer experience.

Important: 2-4 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a restaurant/lounge setting.
