A fast growing company involved in integrated farming comprising crops, dairy, flour milling and horticulture has employment opportunities for the following positions: - 
Job Title: Horticulture Manager

Job Responsibilities: 
a. Develop Production budgets and targets 
b. Direct and Manage operations to achieve set targets 
c. Develop review administrative. purchasing and clerical procedures after determine operational needs 
d. Manage cross-functional relationships with other department. 
e. Provide expertise, leadership to his subordinates and technical support to and under the Project manager 
 Qualifications: 
A minimum of first degree or equivalent in agronomy, Crop Production or related field with relevant work experience of at least 5-10 years in similar role
