Job Title: HR Business Partner - Sales (East)
Level: L5 (M1)
Reports To: HR Business Partner Sales
Context:
The Business Partner will lead and manage the end to end People/HR agenda within a business area reporting into the HR Director to ensure the business objectives are achieved through the utilisation and deployment of the programmes, tools, policies & frameworks developed in the Centres of Expertise and the monitoring (through agreed SLAs) and supporting HR services delivered via HR Service Delivery team.
The HR Business Partner is required to play a significant leadership role within the HR team to ensure that the functional and business agendas are closely aligned.

Critical Criteria to be successful in this role
Ability to build great relationships/partnerships with the business/function taking accountability for the delivery of the HR strategy and performance working in conjunction with the Shared Services team to deliver HR Services to the functions
Has the business understanding and credibility to deploy the appropriate organisation and people levers to achieve the business goals and strategy
