Job description
SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for Data Administration / Recruitment Intern to join its work force in Port Harcourt.
Responsibilities:
Data Administration
- Remote support to HQ.
- Formatting CVs into the right formats (either SPIE format or client-imposed format).
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements.
Recruitment
- Plan & Organize for Test Sessions, Interviews.
- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
- Organize and take part in interview procedures as required.
- Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues.
- Assist the recruitment team with its day-to-day activities, e.g. Sourcing of CV.
Profile
Strong knowledge in Excel is mandatory
Strong knowledge with the Microsoft Suits.
- Fluent in English.
- Punctuality.
- Good communication skill.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Solid Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- High school diploma: additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Must reside or be willing to relocate in Port Harcourt
