Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Wuse 2 ,Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

  • Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, both in person and via phone or email.
  • Assist patients with registration, verifying necessary documents, and updating patient records.
  • Provide accurate information about the clinic's services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors.
  • Guide patients to the appropriate department or personnel based on their needs.
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Address patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to management if necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Liaise with doctors, lab technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing emails.

Job Requiremenst

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software, billing systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Accuracy in handling patient data, billing, and administrative tasks.
  • Must present a neat, polite, and courteous demeanor.
  • Must handle a fast-paced environment, especially during peak clinic hours.
