 British American Tobacco is seeking a dedicated and energetic **Client Relations Officer** to join our dynamic team in Ibadan. #### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
- **Client Satisfaction:** Monitor client satisfaction levels by soliciting feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
- **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities, allowing for informed decision-making.
- **Project Management:** Lead and coordinate client-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of organizational goals.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on client activities, feedback, and market intelligence to inform strategy and decisions.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and client engagement strategies, adapting to industry changes and challenges.
- **Remote Work Management:** Effectively manage time and projects in a remote work environment, ensuring high levels of productivity and client interaction.

#### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or tobacco industry.
- **Skills:**
- Energetic and independent with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
