Key Responsibilities

• Designing.

• Produce working drawing.

• Material Specification.

• Liaise with clients, other consultants, contractors and planning authorities. etc

Qualifications :Educational Qualifications •

First degree from a reputable higher institution.

• Msc is an added advantage.

Age/Work experience

• Minimum age: 35years old.

• Minimum of 7years post qualification experience in designing and construction supervision.

Skills Required

• Excellent attitude to work.

• Proficient AutoCAD drafting skills.

• Strong computer and data management skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook), Mapping Software, Corel and Database.

• Must be loyal, diligent and target driven.

• Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills necessary.

• Proactive, common sense and leadership skills.

• Ability to relate well with clients, site workers and colleagues.

• Strong understanding of the building codes and regulations.

• Very good architectural design ability.

• Good analytical and research ability.

• Ability to work under pressure.
