Job Title: Project Coordinator
 
As a result of expansion in our operations, we require the services of a Project Co-coordinatora for our Estate Department.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Design/office housing units for the plantation 
  • Renovate existing building where necessary 
  • Negotiate project cost with pre-qualified builders 
  • Engage competent builders or incompetent ones 
  • Supervise all construction work 
  • Monitor on-going projects 
  • Present report on projects 
  • Report to the Managing Director.
 
Requirements
  • Applicants for this position must possess a minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Civil Engineering and
  • be a certified COREN Engineer
  • with at least 5 years experience in Project Management. 
Remuneration
  • Remuneration attached to this position exceeds Industrial average and will be based on the candidate's expertise and experience.
  • This also includes a car and a furnished apartment.
