TECHNICAL AUDIT DISCIPLINE LEADER- CONTRACTS ENGINEERING

Description:
The Contracts Engineering Discipline Leader Shall, with his team of Nigerian Engineers, be responsible for the review of all Contracts documentation, and changes thereto, from the initial ITT to close out of each of the Contracts. The audit will review the Contract award process from ITT and subsequent clarifications thereto, through review and evaluation of the Technical Proposals, Technical Acceptance, Commercial Proposal Review, pre-Contract Negotiations and Contract Award to ensure compliance with Project Procedures at all stages of the process to completion of each Contract.
Qualifications:
Candidates shall be degreed engineers, with a minimum of 15-years Contracts Procurement experience, of which at least 5-years should be on off-shore projects, preferably with FPSO exposure. They should have held a similar level of responsibility and have the proven ability to control and motivate a Contracts Engineering team under them
