HR Outsourcing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Manage outsourced staff from recruitment to exit.
Investigate and consult the solutions of client questions
Represent the company in meetings with clients
Work with clients about new service orders
Generate new outsourcing Businesses
Follow up payment of clients and responsible for all bad debts of the team
Advise recruitment channels and candidate source to support team members.
Educational Qualification

B.Sc /HND in any field (MBA is an added advantage)
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years HR Outsourcing experience
Requirements

Good experience and understanding of the end to end HR process
Must have HR outsourcing experience
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Good use of MS Office
Good knowledge of labour regulations and HR common practices.
Good Interpersonal, Communication and Negotiation skills
