Job Position: Registrar
Location: Ogun
Unit: Registry
Responsibilities
  • The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the University and shall be responsible to the Vice chancellor for the day to day running of the University.
  • He shall also be the Secretary to the Governing Council, Senate, Congregation and Convocation
Requirements
  • The ideal applicant must possess a minimum of Second Class in Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (B.A /B.Sc )and a Master of Arts/Master of Science, (M.A/M.Sc) from a recognized University with at least 14 years of relevant post graduation experience in University administration or a similar institution, and should not be below the rank of Deputy Registrar.
  • Shall be between the ages of 45 – 60 years
  • Possession of a higher degree and membership of recognized professional bodies such as CIPM, NIM, and ANUPA will be an advantage.
  • The applicant must be a team player with, good leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a crop of administrative officers.
  • He/She must command respect, be ready to instill confidence and relate with subordinates.

Job Position: Principal Assistant Registrar
Job Location: Ogun
Unit: Registry
Requirements
  • Applicants must have a good honours degree from a recognized University in the Arts or Social Sciences
  • Possession of a Master’s degree will be an advantage
  • Candidates must possess minimum of ten (10) years relevant post qualification work experience, especially in a tertiary institution.
  • Must be computer literate.

Job Title: Senior Assistant Registrar

Requirements
  • Applicants must have a good honours degree from a recognized University in the Arts or Social Sciences

  • Candidates must possess minimum of eight (8) years relevant post qualification work experience, especially in a tertiary institution.
  • Must be computer literate.

Requirements
  • Applicants must possess minimum of six (6) years relevant post qualification work experience, especially in a tertiary institution.

Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor

Requirements
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of Second Class in Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
  • The candidates must have at least 6 years post qualification cognate experience plus a final part certificate of a recognized accounting body.

Job Title: Bursar
Location: Ogun
Unit: Bursary

Responsibilities/Requirements
  • The Bursar shall be the Chief Finance Officer of the University and shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day to day administration and control of the financial affairs of the University
  • The ideal applicants must possess a minimum of Second Class in Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
  • The candidates must have Professional Accounting Qualification i.e ICAN/ANAN/ACA/CAN/ACCA/ACMA with at least 14 years relevant experience.
  • In addition, the ideal applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to formulate and implement financial policies and produce manual University Financial procedures.

Job Title: Medical Officer 1
Location: Ogun

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Applicants for this position must possess an MBBS Degree and full Registration with the Medical and Den al council of Nigerian (MDCN).
  • Applicants must possess at least 3 years post qualification work experience.

Job Title: Higher Technical Officer
Location: Ogun
Departments:Vocational, Engineering

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Applicants must possess a good degree/HND or B.Eng in Structural Engineering discipline.
  • Must have at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Must be computer literate.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Interested applicants must posses a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (B.A/B.Sc) with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division and Master of Arts/Master of Science (MA/M.Sc.) and a Doctor of Philosophy PhD, with at least Twelve (12) years of continuous Teaching and Research at the University level.
  • Applicants must be able to show evidence of scholarship and track record of outstanding research with Scholarly peer reviewed publications in chosen fields of specialty and expertise.
  • So also, these outstanding research and scholarly publications and or patent invention and design, should have appeared in print, and there must be an identifiable contribution to knowledge in the field of specialization.
  • Preference will be given to qualified candidates whose qualifications must be registered with a Professional Body, where applicable.
  • To be appointable, the ideal candidates will be expected to demonstrate evidence of Academic Leadership, research ability to supervise Post Graduate student supervision in the field, capacity to develop the field/discipline in the department, and skills for collaborative and multidisciplinary research.
