Bake House Bakery - Lagos

Bake House Bakery seeks qualified candidates to fill this role
Responsibilities:
  • Daily Sales Reconciliation with bakeries
  • Reconcile invoices in received with departmental billings
  • Reconcile Payments and track bakery payments
  • Reconcile and track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
  • Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
  • Make bank deposits and keep up records
  • Validate invoices for items or services received
  • Check all financial transactions for accuracy
  • Daily data entry into company accounting system

Requirements:
  • Minimum HND qualification
  • Experience with bookkeeping/accounting practices
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology,
  • Experience & Training in accounting software with accounting systems i.e SAGE, Quickbooks
  • Knowledge and proficient use of Excel spreadsheets ie ability to manipulate data and enter excel formulas
  • Understanding of filing systems, Mathematical skills, Administrative Skills, Organisational skills, Attention to detail, Analytical skills, Knowledge of accountant rules and legislation, Ability to detect inconsistencies, Prioritization skills, Communication skills, Typing.
